It would be nice to have ZEPHYR RTOS running on MAX78000 :-)

  • First steps in porting ZEPHYR RTOS [1] to MAX78000 [2] based MAX78000FTHR DevelKit [3].
  • Try to create a simple Blinky Proof-Of-Concept based on Zephyr running on MAX78000FTHR..
  • See what already works with upstream Open-Source projects (i.e.  compatibility with upstream pyOCD).
  • Estimate time necessary to port Zephyr to MAX78000 (i.e. create HAL, DTS configurations, etc).
  • Zephyr supports both ARM Cortex as well as RISC-V architecture so it should be possible :-)[1] [1]
